Orders will process within 3-6 business days (M-F). Once shipped, delivery may take 2-7 business days, depending on your location. We only ship in the USA. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes and all orders must ship to a physical address. Need your order sooner? My box is a gift, do you include packing slips?

We’re pros at gift giving and would never want to spoil anything! We do not include packing slips. Receipts will be emailed to the purchaser upon processing.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless notice is given within 24 hours of purchase). However, if there is an issue with your order or you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. It is our hope that you will be 100% satisfied with each item purchased. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and we will do what we can to make it right.

Uh oh, USPS lost my package!

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but I am not able to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.
